His drills focus on each move and counter individually so it becomes ingrained. Definitely a great place to train.

Javi runs HIS gym the way he feels is best for himself and this students and trust you will not be disappointed in his style. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and it can be very painful at times but with Javis patience I am getting better every day.
