These SMS Terms & Conditions (the “SMS Terms”) govern the text message program operated by JV Jiu Jitsu Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms.
Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from JV Jiu Jitsu Academy at the mobile number you provide. The program sends two types of messages: transactional messages, such as appointment and membership service alerts, and, if you opt in separately, promotional messages, such as special offers and promotions. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your wireless carrier and are your responsibility. JV Jiu Jitsu Academy does not charge for the messages themselves.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation message, and we will stop sending you SMS messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did originally.
